We are excited that you are considering applying to Atenas Fraternity! Follow the step-by-step process below to complete your application and join our vibrant community of motivated individuals. Our application process is designed to ensure that new members align with our values and goals, fostering personal growth and strong friendships. We look forward to reviewing your application and getting to know you better.
Begin by visiting our website and accessing the online application form. Provide accurate and up-to-date information about yourself, including personal details, contact information, academic achievements, extracurricular activities, and references.
Along with the application form, you will be required to submit a personal statement. Take this opportunity to tell us about yourself, your interests, your goals, and how you believe joining Atenas Fraternity will contribute to your personal growth and academic journey. Be authentic and showcase your unique qualities.
Upon submission of your application, an application fee will be required. This fee helps cover administrative costs associated with processing your application.
After reviewing your application, the fraternity’s membership committee will invite selected candidates for an interview. The interview provides an opportunity for us to learn more about you, your aspirations, and how you would contribute to our fraternity’s values and community.
Interviews are usually completed over the phone with a member of the Academic Team. The purpose of the interview is to get to know you better, hear about your future plans, understand why you are interested in the course, any particular papers you like and your understanding of the internship program.
Following the interview process, the membership committee will carefully assess your application, taking into consideration your qualifications, interview performance, and recommendation letters. You will be notified of the committee’s decision via email or phone call.
