01 Online Application

Begin by visiting our website and accessing the online application form. Provide accurate and up-to-date information about yourself, including personal details, contact information, academic achievements, extracurricular activities, and references.

02 Personal Statement

Along with the application form, you will be required to submit a personal statement. Take this opportunity to tell us about yourself, your interests, your goals, and how you believe joining Atenas Fraternity will contribute to your personal growth and academic journey. Be authentic and showcase your unique qualities.

03 Application Fee

Upon submission of your application, an application fee will be required. This fee helps cover administrative costs associated with processing your application.

04 Application Review

After reviewing your application, the fraternity’s membership committee will invite selected candidates for an interview. The interview provides an opportunity for us to learn more about you, your aspirations, and how you would contribute to our fraternity’s values and community.

05 Application Interview

Interviews are usually completed over the phone with a member of the Academic Team. The purpose of the interview is to get to know you better, hear about your future plans, understand why you are interested in the course, any particular papers you like and your understanding of the internship program.

06 Decision Notification

Following the interview process, the membership committee will carefully assess your application, taking into consideration your qualifications, interview performance, and recommendation letters. You will be notified of the committee’s decision via email or phone call.

Requirements

Fastrack Diploma Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent: Applicants for fast track courses at Aténas Fraternity must hold a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification recognized in their country.
Minimum GPA of 3.0: We require applicants to have a minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale or its equivalent. This ensures that our fraternity attracts individuals who have demonstrated consistent academic performance and dedication.
Proof of extracurricular involvement or community service: We value well-rounded individuals who actively engage in extracurricular activities and contribute to their communities. As part of the application, we request documentation or evidence of your involvement in extracurricular activities, clubs, sports teams, volunteer work, or any other initiatives that demonstrate your commitment beyond academics.
Two recommendation letters from non-family members: We require two recommendation letters from individuals who can speak to your character, leadership potential, and ability to contribute positively to our fraternity. These letters should come from non-family members who know you well, such as teachers, employers, or community leaders.


International Diploma Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent: Applicants for diploma courses should possess a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification recognized in their country.
Minimum GPA of 2.5: We require applicants to have a minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale or its equivalent. This ensures that applicants have demonstrated satisfactory academic performance.
Statement of purpose outlining your goals and aspirations: As part of the application, we ask for a statement of purpose. This is an opportunity for you to express your goals, aspirations, and how joining Aténas Fraternity aligns with your academic and personal growth plans. Use this statement to showcase your passion, motivation, and the unique qualities you would bring to our community.
Two recommendation letters from non-family members: We request two recommendation letters from individuals who can provide insights into your character, work ethic, and potential for success. These letters should come from non-family members who know you well, such as teachers, employers, or mentors.

Please note that meeting the minimum requirements does not guarantee admission to Atenas Fraternity, as the selection process considers various factors to ensure the best fit for our community.
